Meanwhile, put the cashew nuts in a large wok (without any oil) over a medium heat and toast for about 3-4 minutes, giving them a shake from time to time until golden-brown all over. Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. ![]() Sauté the chicken, stirring often, until golden brown. In a large non stick pan, or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Sprinkle corn starch on top of chicken and toss to coat. ![]() Transfer chicken to a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until you start to smell the aromas, then add the rice or quinoa along with a little salt and cook it according to the pack instructions. Whisk together hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, and chicken broth in a small bowl. Put the five spice in the bottom of a medium pan over a low heat.
